King under Letters Patent recited above, for grant
of site of manor of Cainhoe, the warren and diverse
meadows closes etc.
(ii) to pay 7-2-7 of the 23-14-6d. due to King
under same for grant of the manor of Clophill and
Cainhoe, Pidley wood, Howgrove etc.
(ii) grants 'as much as in her is' stints and
rights of common etc. due to (i) and tenants of the
'excepted land'
