- to son Gideon lands etc. in Bedford (except house
in which Nath. lives bt. of Jn. Williamson), all
his estate in Olney, Bucks., and house at
Wilshampstead in occ. of bro. Th., bt. of Copper-
thwaite of Houghton and all lands in Wilshampstead
and Cardington bt. of my bro. and in occ. Jn.
Dodgson together with 1,200.
- To eldest son Jn. house in Bedford and all estates
in Carlton bt. of Bond apothecary and lands had in
exchange with Mr. Henley of Olney, Bucks., subject
to payment of 200 to Gideon. ; also all my estates
in Wilshampstead, Haynes and Cardington except
those to Gideon above
- Annuities and/or bequests to bro. Th. Costin, cous.
Mrs. Mais, son Gideon; cous. (blank) Phillips wife
of (blank) Phillips; her daughter;
- forgives debt of Cousin Costin of Godmanchester and
makes bequest to him and to that ones bro. at
Kimbolton both in Hunts.
- Bequests to daug. of Wid. Costin of Bedford; to
Mrs. Lavendon wife of (blank) Lavendon; to Rev.
Simonds dissenting Minister at Bedford; to Rev.
Clayton diss. min. at Stevington; to Rev. Hull,
dissenting min. at Carlton.
