Marriage Settlement: 3,700 to repay mortgage and further 300. (i) Th. Reynold of Atherton, Warwick. (ii) Sarah Underwood, spinster of same intended wife of (i) (iii) Jn. Underwood grocer of same (iv) Sarah Reynold spinster. - seized of estates in Harrold and elsewhere value 260 p.a. as well as lands for jointure of (iv) in Carlton Harrold and elsewhere to value 14.0 p.a. - Rbt. Holden of Acton, Derby., requires repayment of mort. on above estate of 3700 and interest. - (i) requires another 300, and:- - in consideration of marriage settlement (i) conveys to (iv) manor of Carlton Hall and land in Carlton, Stevington, Stagsden, Turvey, Chellington, Harrold, Pavenham - to use of (i) and on death to that of (ii) then to (iii) in trust for 500 yrs. for heirs of (i & ii) with allowances for younger children - in default of heirs and in event of (ii) surviving (i) she to pay 20 p.a. to Joshua brother of (i) - witnesses: Silvester Vincent, Edw. Reynolds, Edw. Wrench, My. Choyce, Hy. Simons.
