Together with full and free rights of foot and barrow way over the western moiety of the passage on part of the western side, and drainage and passage of water & soil through pipes and drains under it but subject to like rights for owners & occs of 38 & 40 Bunyan Rd over the southern moiety of said passage, which last moiety is included in property now assured subject to mortgage 1928 between AJH and Mercy Agneta Helena Joyce c) land with 2 dwellinghouses known as 58 & 60 Greyfriars Walk, Bedford occ by Mr Rutlidge and Miss Stokes AJH died 6 Feb 1935, his will dtd 1928 proved 19 Mar 1935 in Principal Probate Registry
