purchased of Sir Peter Grain and Jas Banks
AND allotment of freehold land in parish of
Lt Shelford (purchased by him from executors
of Wm Dare)
AND copyhold messuage or tenement in Gt Shelford,
purchased from Jas Banks
and also all other freehold and copyhold messuages,
lands etc, whatsoever with barns etc belonging
to wife Hannah all household furniture, plate, linen,
and china, stock in trade, ready money, debts and
securities

Witnesses Jn Wright and Steph Hagger, jnr, both of
Gt Shelford and Sam Peed of Cambridge, Solicitor
