chapman, had become indebted to Sam Frost in 100
+ for money lent and for goods sold and delivered.
Wm Weales declared Bankrupt by the Commission.
At a meeting of Commissioners and creditors of 10+ at
Eagle & Child Inn, Cambridge, elected Jn Mortlock
and Sam Frost as Assignees of estate
