    Lease: 1 year Rent 36. (i) Hy. Grey of Wrest. (ii) Geo. Wallis of Moggerhanger, husbandman. - Tithes of Moggerhanger, Charlton, Southmills in Blunham except 'marriage money, orisons, purifying money, tithe wood, 4 tithe geese and all tithe wool and lambs; but tithe of 7 (? score) sheep of his own to be reserved to (ii) - (ii) to pay 2 bus. wheat & 2 of malt to Churchwardens of Moggerhanger side to use of Blunham church in accordance with custom for tithe of hay 'from the parson of Blunham'. - (ii) to get over two parts of tithe of hay to be divided among poor of Moggerhanger and to receive money of them that shall have it. - Poor of Moggerhanger side to have from (ii) 20 days' thresh of 2 men of good barley straw to be divided among them 'paying therefore as shall sole at the tithe barne at Blunham' - (i) if needs to have 3 or 4 days work of barley straw for his money and also the tithe hay of Mr.Spencer's piece and John Eavel in West Mead for the rent they be now let for. - (ii) to have 2 or 3 'rommes' called 'mowestedes and bays in the end of Blunham tithe barn' - If (i) 'do not come to the parsonage of Blunham to dwell or occupy the said tithes of Moggerhanger to his own use' (ii) to have lease for 2nd year. - Seal of (ii) - applied papered:- stags head. - Witness: Th. & Lawrence Hill, Wm.Mettum.
