    Lease 6 yrs. 30 p.a. (i) Amabella, dow. Ctss of Kent. (ii) Richard Smith (deleted) miller of Blunham. Henry ffari (super) - 3 water mills in Blunham (one wheat, one grist, (under one roof) and one fulling.) house etc. stream upon which stands with free fishing therein. - Pasture called Nethergrass Croft, or Mill Close, with Reeds etc. in Blunham and Sandy. Common, for four 'Kyne' and 3 horses in Blunham'at all Commonable times of year'. - Timber & access to be reserved to (i) - (ii) to make repairs to Mill Buildings, fittings & to watercourses & their sluices & other fittings and to fences etc. - In relinquishing lease (ii) leave (a) 1 pair or good substantial 'Cullenstones' at Wheat Mill & to pay 20/- for every inch that dimensions are worn from present size; (b) leave a pair of Peakstones for Grist Mill - on same conditions for wear and tear - Present dimensions set out in attached schedule. (c) All implements mentioned in schedule. - To maintain willows & oziers now growing and plant yearly 20 young willows and if any willows or oziers die (2) to plant double that number - (2) will not sub-let, nor plough up any lands above subpoena 5 p.a. but can take reasonable timber for repairs to mills. Schedule 1 pr. of Boxes to raise mill stones 3 mill bills for each of wheat and grist 1 box in chisill fit for working one bar of iron. 2 'stock lokes & Kayes' 1 meale croft(?) for the wheat mill & meale fat & hopershoo & shoolether. 1 meal troff for the grist mill & meale fat & hopper shoe & shoolether awl chanios & hooks belonging to the fulling mill and 4 brasses fitt for working. 1 Pair peak stones in width 5' ; 5'' at the scurt, the running stone; the bedstone 3''at the scurt. The culling stoane 3' 6''wide and 5''thick at scurt, the bedstone 3''. Hawkes & Chaines for the fulling mill fitt for working.
