Scale 16 perches : 1 inch (20'' : 1 mile). Show most of the parish (534 acres). Gives field names and acreages etc., and state of cultivation. Inset schedule and reference. Elaborate scrollwork cartouche. Coat of Arms of Lord Ruthin with motto 'FOY EST TOUT'. Compass indicator, and scale in the form of compasses. Edged in black and gold
