Ink and watercolour (yellow and grey) on paper, backed with paper. Folded. Bound in atlas of Wrest Park Estate. 23 3/4'' x 30 1/2''. Scale given but not intelligible (approximately 13.5 chains :1 inch, or 30'' : 1 mile). 160 acres of land to North of parish near River Ouse. Gives Field names and acreages and names of tenants.
