    Map II FLITTON, PULLOXHILL and FLITWICK, 1768. 'A Plan of Greenfield Farm in the parishes of Flitton, Pulloxhill and Flitwick in the County of Bedford, the Estates of the Right Honble the Earl of Hardwicke and the Most Honble the Marchioness Grey' surveyed in 1768 by Joseph Cole. Ink and watercolour (green, yellow and red) on parchment. Bound in atlas of Wrest Park Estate. 24'' x 20 1/2''. Scale 40 chains : 1 inch (apparently incorrect - looks more like 20'' : 1 mile). Scrollwork cartouche. Compass indicator. Map shows 31 acres of enclosed land near Greendfield Farm and Faldoe Wood. Inset reference lists premises and also lands in open fields (not shown) making 144 acres in all. Shows rotation of crops in Fallow, Breach and Tilth, 1768. Attached to above Note by J. W. Pawsey on alterations to Lady Lucas' lands Greenfield (D. Palmer, tenant) under the Flitwick Inclosure drawn up by Mr. Collinson, the surveyor. Concerns Waterside Meadow and Alder Stars, total quantity 9a. 0r. 29p. and total value 9 11s. 9d. Also concerning purchase of the Tithes, 18 July 1809
