Ink and water-colour (grey and yellow) on paper, backed with paper, and all folds reinforced with additional strips of paper. Folded. In atlas of Wrest Park Estate. 22 1/2'' x 54''. Scale 12 perches : 1 inch (26.6 inches : 1 mile). Cartouche with scrollwork surround. Compass indicator. Scale indicator in the form of compasses. Edged on four sides with pairs of parallel lined in red. Inset 'table of references for the freeholders and copyholders in this Mannor' (17 names), with note that references for the tenants are expressed in the Terrier and Abstract. Details of a later summary added in pencil, c.1795. Shows open field land in North Field, Tile Kiln Field, and Haw Field, and some enclosures including Pidley Wood. Field names and acreages given.
