(originally blank and unruled) A later terrier has been interleaved at this point, of which details are as follows: 'A Terrier of late Butterfield's Farm, taken in the Year 1778 by Joseph Cole', giving details of field names and acreages of enclosed and open field land. In four columns, including summary, details from which are as follows: Fallow season 1778 - 11a 2r 28p Breach - 8a 2r 8p Tilth - 11a 2r 13p Total Common Field Arable land - 31a 3r 9p Inclosed and several sweard - 9a 2r 16p Inclosed & several Meadowing - 3r 10p Commonable Meadowing - 4a 1r 6p Grand total - 46a 2r 1p Note: this appears to be a revised terrier of the holding of Edward Butterfield (47a. 3r. 21p.) described under the symbol 'C' on folio 4 of the original Gravenhurst terrier of 1719, see below
