Letter from John Dingwall of 3 New Bank Buildings to Thomas Flint Field of Hutton, near Brentwood, Essex. Has communicated TFF's letter to his brother Charles Nicholls Field, who wants to see the deeds immediately. Suggests TFF entrust the deeds to his son so they can be inspected. If this can't be done, Dingwall will inspect them at TFF's house on behalf of TFF's brothers. Is surprised TFF would want to delay showing his brothers the error of their claim. Dated 13th May 1837.
