- to wife, and Mother Field, 400 charged on real estate - all copyhold surrendered to use of will and devised to any children he may leave or wife may be "ensient" with, and in default of such issue then the copyhold to be charged with: - to loving wife 200 - to Mother Field 200 - to two sisters 500 apiece - to loving brother John all freehold and copyhold - to wife for life, all household goods, plate, linen, then to any children he may leave, and in default of children to brother John - to any children he leaves the residue, and in default to brother John - sole executrix is his Mother Dated 4th October 1765 Witnesses: John Bolding, J. Dimsdale, Thomas Taylor.
