Letter Reads- Encloses an extract from Ashwood's family bible which gives information asked for as there is no record at Ridgmont Baptist Chapel. He is emigrating and anxious to leave soon. Samuel Bennett means to sell his land at the price proposed, but Thos Bennett asked for further details before a conclusion is reached. Oliver of Flitwick, weaver, is dead and two nephews have applied for the farm, but he presumes the Duke will annex it to Prisley Farm rather than keep it separate, will take appropriate action when Duke's wishes confirmed
