Letter Reads- Mr. Bennett met with proprietors of Ouse Navigation Co. who have made a proposition regarding a towing path on 2 parts of the Duke's river frontage at Willington. Bennett's opinion is that the land is of no value to the Duke & he has asked the Navigation Co. for a proposal in writing. Suggests that Mr. Haedy arranges to visit the site.
