Defect of want of a thoroughfare from Queen's Head lane (a narrow & bad street) to Mill St., an open thoroughfare & one of more important. Elger has bought Gadsby's estate on spec. Two acres in St. Mary's parish, part of St. Leonard's farm, might be disposed of; also 8-10 a. on other side of road. Make out a plan for action.
