Reads- The Duke approves letting the 16 a. mentioned by Jo. Faint - 4 acres has been mowed a second time, also the 8a. and the 6 a. adjoining, for 13, to be fed with cattle no longer than Xmas next or until they poach the ground; and to be fed with sheep till Candlemas; the tenants to have a drift through the 6 acres next London Road but no feed thereof. I return Jouxon's receipt & certificate - the Duke will settle with you when he comes to town. Mr. Thompson's draft on you for 248 for goods is enclosed invoice must be paid, also Glover & Craven's draft on me for 35 (this to be charged to my account, as I advanced 300 to Miller when last in the country). Pray forward enclosed to Moore.
