Letter from Robert Harris Reads- The case of William Cannon a tenant farmer who has had to spend a lot of money on improving his farm, and asks to be allowed a years rent of 55. He has given the farm a lot of care and industry but the land is of a 'could sharp travelly nature'. Would His Grace consider the case.
