Letter from Thomas Churchman at Dry Drayton to Robert Butcher
Reads- Just to tell you that Mr. Bolten's farm is to be sold. The same persons who bought Mr. Thurlbourns estate are interested in this as they are near relations of Mr. Giffard at Cambridge. You must bid well or you will be cast, as you were at Mr. Thurlbourns sale by the very close management of a certain person. Have sold almost all the wood at Lolworth. Cooper and Linton have grubbed up one stack but will do no more at the same price.
