    Letter from Thomas Churchman at Dry Drayton to Robert Butcher Reads- I have sent you the rentall of my land quit-rents which you left at Mr. Hipwells and it had like to have been torn to pieces by his children. Since you have gone from Drayton I have heard you have promised the great House: farm to a person in town, and if it is the man as is discust upon, I am a little serprised being as full a covetous man as Mr Darc (?) & not agreeable to your temper. You would not fear a tennent if you give but time, am satisfied. I know two persons that enquired after it.
