Reads- "my nephew presents his service to you but as his wife is not yet brought to bed he is afraid he cant yet finish Cambridge Shear Survey till after harvest but as he must be at Hitchin on Tuesday come fortnight he should be very pleased to meet you at Drayton on Wednesday if convenient." Mr. Yates has paid the remainder of his rent
