I hope to get a perfect account of the business when you come over yourself. Possibility of an advantageous agreement with Henry Markham - it would enlarge the Duke's estate. Other land bought. Talk of the possible dispersal of another estate, that might be bought up John Battriss wants you to know that the wheat house his father built has fallen down and hopes you will give him leave to take away the old matter, and also hopes you will buy his crop so that he can pay the Duke his arrears in rent.
