Letter from Thomas Barker of Milk Street, Exeter to Robert Butcher of Bedford House, London Reads- Note of a lease of a tenement part of Bedford house Exeter made between the Duke and William Redfearne haberdasher of small wares in 1730. Redfearne later assigned it in 1732 to Margaret, Eliz and Mary Southmead who have now agreed to assign it to a Mr. Thomas Matthews of Exeter City. Barker is applying for a licence for the new assignment.
