Reads- "Youers i recued i ask pardon not answering youers before the reson i have ben inquiring for a tenant i have one that he and i ded go and look over it he Desiered to have the refusel of it untill next Saterday which I ded take the liberty of giving him i shall be att London in a short time and desire to waitt upon you and give you a fuder acount of the matter Sir you have no occasion to name any excues in any one thing that lyes in my power to sarve so good a frind and aquaintance as youer self this from youer very humbel sarvant"
