Letter from P.Wilkinson to Robert Butcher of Bedford House
Reads- I think the house ought to be let; Mr. Bransom will do it. It was emptied in August last but is now 'topful', and I hope will continue so. It would sleep nine and my two, and "probably the Bird in Hunds, which should al be lookt into and put to Rights." Drains and keeping drains clean. Pray tell me what the rent of the house is unfurnished (the house of His Grace near Chesham). and would you tell me what grazing may be had. 2 Houses at the Fish Market.
