    Watercolour on parchment: 40" x 49" Surveyor John Davis. 20" = 1 mile. Approx. 450 acres Amersham: 125 acres Chesham and the whole of Chesham Bois. Scrollwork cartouche surmounted by a coronet coloured; beautifully drawn and coloured Ducal arms; ornately coloured compass rose and scale. The whole map neat and colourful.
