    Release Parties: (i) Joseph Sharples of Hitchin [Hertfordshire], banker; (ii) Edward Lucas of Luton, banker; (iii) Edward Lucas; Christina Lucas of Brighton [Sussex], widow; (iv) Jane Waller of Devonshire Road, Balham [Surrey], widow Reciting: - (iv) was widow and sole executrix of Thomas Waller late of Luton, straw hat manufacturer, his will having been proved in PCC on 31 Jul 1845; - at death of Thomas Waller he owed money on his banking account to Joseph Sharples and his then partners William Exton and Jeffery Lucas, both since dead; - Jane Waller continued the business of Thomas Waller for some time after his death, opening a new account which continued on death of William Exton in 1851 until she retired at which point she owed money to (i) and Jeffery Lucas in addition to that owed to her late husband; - in addition to Thomas Waller's business, (iv) carried on a business styled as Waller Son and Company between London, New York and Florence and carried on a separate account for that business which became indebted to (i) and Jeffery Lucas, then in another balance became indebted to (i), Jeffery Lucas and (ii); - release designed to work as release by executors of Jeffery Lucas as she was indebted to him at his death individually; - death of Jeffery Lucas on 21 Jan 1855 and proof of his will in PCC on 22 Jun 1855 by (iii); - agreement of 27 Mar 1856 between (i), (iii) and (iv) to close all transactions between them by (iv) conveying to (i) and (iii) the following: (a) warehouse in George Street, Luton in occupation of Muires Connell & Company; (b) bleachhouse and cottages in Chapel Street, Luton in occupation of P. & J.Arnold; (c) building land in Chapel Street; [(a)-(c) subject to mortgage to George Hughes of 3,000]; (d) her interest in sale of building ground adjoining (a) to James Waller; (e) her interest in farm land at Warden Hills, Streatley sold to Colonel Sowerby; (i) and (iii) paying 150 to (iv) and giving her a release from all claims - memorandum of 23 Apr 1856 to agreement of 27 Mar 1856 in which (a)-(c) were, with agreement of (i) conveyed to (ii) by (iv) and George Hughes for ,3950 of which George Hughes received 3,000, (ii) on behalf of (i) and (iii) retained 800 and (iv) received 150; - (d) had long been completed and the money paid to (ii); - (e) had, after long delay, been completed and the money paid to (ii) Operative Part: - (i)-(iii) released all claims against (iv) Witnesses: - Francis Lucas of Hitchin, banker; - Ned Seebohm of Hitchin; - Gerard Lucas of Brighton
