Geo father of Jn Goodall, remembers him
enclosing land at Aspley Heath (60P) by
throwing up a bank (1824)
2 or 3 yrs after Geo built cottage in
then conforms what Jn Goodall
has faid
T.K. holds land 60 -70 yds away
from site - he never paid rent for
it (was enclosed by T.K.'s father)
disturbance some yrs ago re these houses & a house
was pulled down, Goodall's premises not
interfered with
