Baker she declares she is mother of Phoebe Ivett and that she is the person mentioned as dau Phoebe in will of late Whitbread Cox gent deceased (will made 17th February 1843) was 21 on 13 Jan. 1855. they are sole surviving executors of will of Whitbread Cox.
