1) will convey to 2)
Candlehouse, Barn & Stable adj, standing at Far End of Back Yard of Kings Arms Inn, Parish of St. Mary, Bedford adj. Potters St [Cardington Rd.] S
AND garden adj. to Barn now in occ of Hipwell
And right of way from her dwelling ho through yards of King's Arms Inn to Candlehouse etc.
2) will convey to 1)
piece of garden gnd same size as piece of garden gnd to be released shall adjoin W the Muckhill or Muckhole belonging to Inn
N fence belonging to Chas Read
E lane Duck Mill into Potters St. gdn to be fenced by 2) with oak posts & rails & close work up the same with elm or deal
boarding of height of 4 ft & add thereto a spiking of 2 feet
AND on side of gdn erect stable & barn of same dimensions as one exchanged
AND convert building property of 2) and now standing at end or dwelling house or cellar of Han Dennis into a Candlehouse to 19 feet long 12 ft broad & to have a Brick Chimney - to be new thatched (of new tiled if 1)
pays the difference)
convey fixtures from old to new Candlho
AND will convey necessary house now occ by Han Dennis & soil & liberty of Horse & Cart as well as footway or passage from 1)'s dwelling ho. through yards of Kings Arms Inn to necessary ho or garden Jas Drage & Mr Jn Wing both of St. Mary's Par to act as arbitrators in any dispute
