Called 'Dragon' or 'Green Dragon' with yard, orchard & garden belonging formerly occ Jn. Dennis, afterwards Jn. Palmer & Jn. Mowbray, then or late of Wm. Coombs. AND piece of land partly pasture & partly garden gnd, St. Paul, Bedford adj. above messuage. (9A) viz: Close of pasture formerly reputed to be 1/2 an acre formerly occ Jn Smith alias Lyant afterwards of Jn. Mowbray above & late of Wm. Coombs.
