father lent money out on it.
'Mr Barker I believe had something to
do with horsing the Times Coach' cld have
been landlord - lived at Barnet
prob. property conveyed to Barnard on his death
remembers Geo Higgins paying him for it
and taking deeds to have it properly
conveyed to him BUT do not recollect
ever had it done 'He dreaded Lawyers'
