At or near the entrance of the Village from the Town of Bedford & behind but near to the 2 village Roads or Streets there leading S E to Up End & then to Marston Moretaine S&W to Kempston Church & Village of Wootton, & adj or near to rear of sd properties fronting sd streets of forming corner or angle described by said streets abs N W partly by gdn gnd behind & belonging to 2 cottages noe property of Wm Rignold of Kempston, shoemaker (which cottages were formerly one messuage or dwelling house for sev years previously & at the time of his death of belonged to Jn White & the same with the last mentioned gnd behind & belonging to the 2 cottages together with other premises etc at the S W end of the 2 cottages & in front thereof next to the village Street leading to Wooton formed the property given to Wm White).
