Bro. Thos Swepson, Wm. Seale Maxey Clark, (bro in law) and gd friends Wm Theed Esq. and Benj King Gent. to carry on Draper's and Woolstapler's business.
Who also are to be daus' guardian, all 3 children shall live together in present house.
