Lawrence with piece of garden formerly occupied by William Hunt, then Thomas Hodges AND toft whereon a messuage formerly stood and gnd. laid to it at Biggleswade in the Backside (3R) formerly occupied John Bury, afterwards of John Howe and then late of John Hunt. (yearly rent 3d) AND House or Cottage with the 'cottage right' sic. late in possession of Sam Barber, Shortmead Street Biggleswade commonly called the 'Court House' AND cottage erected and built by John Hunt on part of ground belonging to cottage above. Formerly occupied Widow Empsey(?), then of Ann Hide AND pasture called Foster's Close then or late in possession of William Knight (yearly rent 2s. 6d.) Fines 11d N.B.
