AND: Cottages near to or adj above then occ Wm Warner & Jn Cousins formerly a Barn & by Geo
Studman converted into dwelling houses
right of entry to fetch water on premises of Jos Norman which he surr to Thos Farrington (repair clause)
to which Geo S. was admitted on surr of Edw Crosby & Sar his wife
AND: Cottage, Stratton St, Biggleswade, formerly occ Wm Tingey, afterwards of Wm Marshall, then of Edw Cole with Barn belonging
AND: newly erected Brick Messuage Back Lane, Biggleswade occ - Huckle

to which Geo Studman was admitted 22 & 23 Oct 1782 on surr of Jn Wallinger & Sus. his wife
to all of which Wm was admitted as Geo's son & heir
24, 25 & 29 Ap 1807.
