3) Alexander Sharman of Bedford, Gent (Trustee for the residue of term of 2000 Years as their Attorney)
recites that 4500 belongs to parties 1) on a joint account. It has been agreed to transfer th e mortgage debt to parties 2)
All the property listed within three schedules of a deed of 1841
AND garden ground in third schedule held for the lives of John Hill Day, John Brereton (the son) and Henry Pearse, subject to rent in deed of 23 August 1820.
Messuage and Inn, buildings, piece of land, brewery, malthouse,corn chambers, outbuildings etc in fourth and fifth schedules, covered by deeds of 23 Nobvember 1857 and 10 December 1840 except rooms to be used as a club room (in deed of 10 December 1840)
AND £4500 & arrears of interest due.
