and Michael Pattymaster his son and then of Ann Pattymaster,
widow. AND 2 p. of land on E. side of yd belonging to it.
AND 4 newly erected tenements standing on the site then or
late occ by Thos Cooper, Thos Hyde and 2 by Jn Cooper the
younger
admission of: Frederick Archdale (by his attorney T.J. Hooper)
brick and stud built and slated Tenement then used
as Public House 'Sir John Barleycorn' with cottage
