James Johnson of Cambridge, Bookseller and Mary Ann his wife (Johnson gets his share by Montfort Dowcra with consent of his wife Elizabeth who previously was the widow of Ebenezer Malden and also surviving Trustee under the will of her husband with power of sale. [The 3 Maldens and Mary Ann were children of Ebenezer and Eliz]. ADMIT Montfort Dowcra other 1/2 sold to Dowcra for 293 1/2 in 2a 0r 30p in Biggleswade being Eastward pt (staked out) of 8a 0r 16p called Great Stony Land. abs N. land late Mr Wilshere and Mr Farming S.
