    Abstract of Title of Alexander Edgell of Raymonds Buildings, Grays Inn, Middlesex, Esq., sole acting Trustee under will of John Franklin Esq., late of Gonalston, Notts. of estate in Potton (Lot 9 in Particular of Sale of this date) covers 10 Nov 1809 Will of Martha Monoux, wife of Rev. Philip M. of Sandy - leaves all her moiety of an estate in Potton, Beds. and Gamlingay, Cambs. to husband for life - reversion to her sister Rebecca Wingfield to use of Sir Philip Monoux of Sandy Bart, reversion to use of James Lucas and Richard Nixon during life of Sir P. Monoux as Trustees for Contingent Reversions, (in favour of sons, then daughters of Sir Philip) Reversion then to Frances Monoux sister of Sir Philip to the use of Lucas and Nixon as Trustees for contingent reversions similar to Sir Philips. Reversions then to Judith Reddall Monoux spinster, another sister of Sir Philip. to the use of Lucas and Nixon as Trustees for contingent reversions similar to Sir Philips. NB date of making will is given 1814, Dec 6, pencil note should be '1808'. She died 13 Dec 1808. quotes will of Rebecca Wingfield of 10 Nov 1814 which leaves her moiety in the Potton and Gamlingay estate to fee farm rent of 1 19s 6d arising out of Gamlingay property. She leaves it to Martha wife of Rev. Philip Monoux and then on the same terms as her sister's will above.
