S. Cowfair lands above lands all in Biggleswade held by Copy of Court Roll of 30 Apr 1858 of Robert Henry (who died 15 Jul 1891) and C.S. Lindsell and 28 Apr 1893 when H.M. Lindsell was admitted to his Father's share. 20 Jan 1899 Memorandum on Dorse of Conveyance of 6 May 1899 of property 'firstly described' to Elias Piggott Teakings of Biggleswade, retired bootmaker (abtgs mentioned in RR 15-17) indicate that it must be the Sun Street property that is being conveyed. (incl undertaking to produce deed)
