- devising four cottages in Summeleys, Eaton Bray to her trustees upon trust for sale;
- trustees to pay debts, expenses and legacies from sale;
- trustees to hold balance of sale money in trust for Eaton Bray Parish Council;
- receipt of clerk and any two members of Parish Council sufficient to discharge trustees in respect of money bequeathed;
- Parish Council to invest the money in Government securities paying income to old age pensioners deemed most deserving
