In exhange for 2 (formerly 3) closes of grassland at Frogmore, Kings Walden containing 2ac 6p called Frogmore Wick abutting N Frogmore pond, SE land of William Hale esq, NE a lane, SW by a common field, and 6ac 1r 17p being part of a larger field of John Field divided by a line running from the SE corner of a close of Charles Payne Sharpe called Great Rug Grove to the corner of a close of George Chalkley Taylor, which large field abuts NE Rug Grove, SE and SW by other parts of the large field of John Field, NW by part of Rug Grove and another close of Charles Payne Sharpe called Long Ashcroft.
