    Darnoll Ballard, Henry Pymer, Richard Haynes, and George Palmer, Overseers of the Poor of Cardington, Richard Savill and John Langley, churchwardens with consent of two Justices of the peace for the said County have put apprentice to Jonathan Cranfield one John Ashwell a poor boy and have given with him one new suit of apparell besides his old one. Term of six years. Witnesses William Yarnton and Thomas Emery. Justices of the Peace George Blundell and John Gardner.
