Conveyance between (1) Guardians of the Poor of Ampthill Union, John Church, churchwarden, and Samuel Kidman and Samuel Ainsworth, overseers of the poor in Higham Gobion (2) Thomas Flint Field, gent, of Hutton near Brentwood, Essex and his trustees For 15 paid by (2) to Joseph Sharples and William Exton, treasurers of Ampthill Union, to be placed in the Higham Gobion parish property account. - (a) Freehold cottage and a piece of ground of about 5 perches in Higham Gobion, occ by James Carter, fronting the turnpike road from Barton to Silsoe W, bounded by the Brook S and land of (2) N & E, belonging to the parish of Higham Gobion and lately used for the reception of the poor. 11 February - 2 March 1841
