Witnesses: Thomas Grimes, William Churchill, Oliver Smyth Memo on reverse 11 April 1693: James Heames (by the direction of Charles Nicholls of Hitchin and for 5s from William Burre and Hugh Smith both of Sharpenhoe) transferred the property to William Burre and Hugh Smith to attend the reversion conveyed by lease and release 12/13 April 1685 Witnesses: W P Williams, John Turner, William May and John Ireland
