(1) has conveyed to several persons, and now by his direction they bargain and sell their interests to make common recovery in which Pigott Sanderson is to be Voucher, all the property in Z 937/4/5 plus (in Pulloxhill) : a) 1 ac pasture called Oate Peece; 5 ac in Brackin Close, 1 ac in Peasely Meade, now occ by Thomas Halpenny - part of the fourscore acres of arable land already mentioned. b) 7 ac in Little North Field, and 7 ac in Great North Field and New Field, part of the fourscore acres of arable now occ by Thomas Arnold. (c) 5 ac in Little Town Field and 1 ac in Avers Mead, part of the fourscore acres; 3 ac in Litle Kitchin Field, now occ by William Spicer. (d) 6 ac in close of pasture called since the enclosure the New Hoe Pasture, part of the fourscore acres, now occ by Thomas Cheyne and James Smyth. (e) 6 ac in close of pasture, part of the fourscore acres of arable, now occ by William Hopkins. (f) 1 ac arable in a close of pasture called since the enclosure Biltmore Field, now occ by Thomas Gamble; 5 ac called Berrysteadhill since the enclosure now occ by Timothy Child; ac in Great Kitchin Field, now occ by George Young; ac, part of the fourscore acres, in Great Kitchin Field, now occ by George Chalkley; 4 ac in Great North Field, now occ by Edward Pennyfather; 6 ac in Great North Field and New Field, now occ by Thomas Beaumont; 7 ac, part of the fourscore acres of arable, in a close called Offill Close since the enclosure, now occ by Mary Pigott.
