    1) Thomas Neale esq of Warnford, Southampton 2) Georger Draper, gent of Hitchin, Daniell Brace of Standon, Bedfordshire, Thomas Bigge of Flitton 3) Mary Pigott, spinster, Symon Hale, gent & Judith his wife, Oliver Hale, gent, all of Pulloxhill, & Robert Sanderson esq of Doddington, Huntingdonshire for 2000 from (1) for 500 years John Pigott esq, late of Pulloxhill, deceased, brother of Mary Pigott & uncle of Oliver Hale, was seised in his demesne as of fee of lands lying in Pulloxhill. Recites his will [see Z937/29/2]. Thomas Neale has contracted for 2000 but because of the devises for life, a good assurance & conveyance for the present cannot be made to him. So Thomas Neale lends 2000 on trust that it should be paid to the persons in such manner as the lands should have gone according to the true meaning of the will, on the land and tenements now occ by Symon Hale in Pulloxhill : - Faldoe wood now converted into 4 ac arable, lying E next the way leading from Pulloxhill to Greenfield and W Bread Close lately belonging to Lady Bryers - Jordans Close 4 ac pasture, abutting Breaken field S - 80 ac arable in the fields of Pulloxhill belonging to the farm - farm in Pulloxhill now or late occ by Richard Richardson - Kings Croft 1 ac close pasture in Pulloxhill lying next to the highway leading to Barton W & S - 6 ac in 2 closes pasture called Heenes Leyes or Newcloses, lying next to land of the vicar of Pulloxhill E & the highway from Pulloxhill to Barton S - 2 ac of 2 pightles pasture called Gaggmans in Pulloxhill, with ground of the late Lady Bryers W & N - 2 ac in 2 closes pasture in Pulloxhill called Longe Closes abutting W on last mentioned messuage - 1 ac pasture called Oate Piece next to close of Lady Bryers E, Long Close W, Stocking Close N - 15 ac in 2 closes pasture called Stockings, abutting Camber lane N & E - 4 ac pasture called Dove Close or Gorehedges abutting land of Lady Bryers S & the vicar's ley W - 3 ac pasture called Giles Close abutting closes lately Arnalds on W - 1 ac pasture called Kitchin Pightle abutting land of lady Bryers N, Thomas Gambles' homestead S, the highway from Pulloxhill to Barton W - 2r pasture called Lamp Pightle abutting close Hintons Close on S, Camber Lane W & N - messuage adjoining called Home Close being 3 ac - 25 ac in 4 closes pasture comonly called Dovehouse Close, Bean Close, Thistles Close & Breaken Close occ by Thomas Phillips, the ground of Thomas Neale lying round the same Recited in abstract of title 1693 at Z937/4/19
